    Agent charged my health insurance plan without full disclosure of the costs and no full disclosure of increased costs. Theses changes cost me an additional $5,100.00 per year in loss benefits and increased prescription costs. Very deceptive takes advantage of the elderly and those om *********************** Student

    This is an inaccurate account of what actually transpired between one of our agents and Mr. ************** The agent completed a comprehensive needs analysis and made recommendations based on the clients goals.  Throughout this process, advantages and disadvantages of making any changes were disclosed and discussed thoroughly with Mr. ************** Due to HIPAA and Privacy laws, this is the extent that I can reply to this complaint.

    I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: [You must provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution. If you do not enter a reason for your rejection, your complaint will be closed as Answered.]

    The person that answered this complaint was not even there or had no knowledge of what transpired during the two meetings with *********************************************. I talked to this person as he is his immediate supervisor and he told me via a verbal conservation that I have the recording that he would of presented it the same way. There was no disclosure at all of the consequences or what my new medications would now cost me the only thing that was being sold was the prescription drug card with no representation or analysis of what items would now cost versus what I am about to lose. This outfit is a total DO We CHEAT THEM AND HOW outfit!! The person answering this complaint was not there nor does he know how it was miscrepresented.
