      I paid them $1,353.09
      I bought a rebuilt Injection pump off of Blue Chip Diesel. I got the rebuilt injection pump from Blue Chip Diesel and installed in my truck. Injection pump failed in only 5 minutes of running the truck. I did as Blue Chip Diesel said and dropped the fuel tank to clean, put new fuel filters on the truck, and made sure everything was clean to keep from any contaminates from going into the new injection pump. Fuel pressure from lift pump was also checked and confirmed it had 17lb of fuel pressure going into the injection pump. All before I ran the truck to make sure I done everything right to keep from harming the injection pump.
      Doug R**** owner of Blue Chip Diesel says he will keep my pump for a core charge that I sent in for them to diagnose or I send the pump that originally came out of my truck or I will be charged another $600. Doug had my pump for 9 days before having the pump checked by his shop. Doug says the pump is rusted inside and is the reason the pump will not work. Doug will not cover my injection pump under his 1 year unlimited mile warranty because of the rust. There is no way that the injection pump would have rusted like Doug says it has in only 1 hour of it being in my truck.
      Doug say he will take $200 off for me to buy another pump from his company for another $1,153. I feel that this is very unfair to me for him to screw me of of $1,353.09.

      Attachments include the email exchange we had with the customer, the warranty report from a third party inspection, and a copy of our web page outlining our warranty details, [ https://www.bluechipdiesel.com/warranty-info].

      We have mentioned that we, Blue Chip Diesel, need a core return for completion of the transaction, and that we would return the damaged pump once a core is received.

      All of our pumps are run on a Bosch 815 test stand and meet Bosch standards for rebuild and function.

      We have offered a returning customer discount in the amount of $200 to the customer but have not received a response.

      I do not accept Bluechip diesel's response as a resolution to my complaint. This business has stolen $1353.09 from me. Bluechip diesel refuses to send me my injection pump back that I paid them for. I WILL NOT pay this company another $1,153.09 for another trash injection pump.

      When we sell an injection pump, we require a core to be returned, or pay the core charge of $600.  As of today, we have not received a core.  We have stated that we are happy to return  the damaged pump Mr ******, but will need  the core before sending. 

      We understand Mr ****** is unhappy, and doesn't want to except the findings of our third party inspector and has indicated that he wants an second review of the damaged pump.  The damaged pump is here, ready to ship back to him once we receive the required core
