5 stars603 was excellent. Simply an awesome experience start to finish. Chris assessed my flooded basement and clearly explained a permanent solution. Took extra time to explain everything recommended and why. Very thorough and professional. He promptly followed up with a formal proposal. Quite to my surprise, they were able to get to my project much earlier than expected. Work crew was great. Showed up on time each day. Very polite and professional. Hardworking. Completed the job in time promised. Gerald explained everything before wrapping up the job. Left area clean and tidy. Cellar looks great and is bone dry!

The crew did a great job. They showed up on time and worked very quickly and solved my water issue. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who has any type of water issues in their basement.

Great experience from beginning to end. Rich, the company rep did an excellent job determining the best solution to handle my crawl space water problem, which honestly overwhelmed me being server at times, Not to mention the 2 foot height was less than comfortable to work in. I feared getting ‘I can’t help you’ as my answer. I got a detailed explanation of the proposed system with a price that was very reasonable with a timeline that worked.
The work crew showed up as planned and were remarkable.They were quite organized and very neat, which was very important as 4 guys worked through my home and made little to no mess, well done fellas. They were a cordial group, maybe it was my coffee! When completed, time was taken to explain the complete system, its warranty and answer all my questions.it has been a couple of weeks and the system has worked beautifully. A solid ‘10’! 5 stars603 Basement Solutions was wonderful to work with. They showed up as promised and worked their tails off to complete the job they promised on schedule. The workers were pleasant and professional. They did a hard job in an area I didn’t even want to look at and never lost their humor or good work ethic. The foreman pointed out an issue with my present heating system which I am addressing presently but would not have known about if the team had not done such a great job. I am already reaping the benefits of cleaner air and the peace of mind that my home’s foundation is in good repair and protected from outside elements. Thank you team 603Review fromJoseph W

5 starsThe company was responsive to our basement water problem in a very short time frame. The representative who came out to evaluate our situation clearly had great expertise clearly explained the problem as well as proposed solutions. He was patient and thorough answering questions, as well as explaining the work process. The team who did the work were always punctual, professional and happy to explain everything they were doing.
