I was making an order on their website and encountered fictitious shipping charges. Specifically, I ordered a report and a pamphlet. When checking out it shows a $4 **** shipping charge which I assumed was for the pamphlet. Of course media mail is slightly cheaper, but I was thinking fir envelopes , etc. However, I removed the book and the report which is only emailed shows THE SAME SHIPPING CHARGES. BUT WAIT, when you go to check out on ****** it's been rigged to tack on even MORE SHIPPING CHARGES, called "air shipping". THEY NEED TO CORRECT THIS IMMEDIATELY AS IT IS FRAUDULENT.Please post this for others who might not realize the whole fake shipping thing. We all want to make money, but fake overcharges isn't the way!

The addition of shipping charges for email orders has been an ongoing issue for Starcrafts for quite some time. The shipping charges are set up to automatically be charged on all orders. This was set up before we started offering email only copies of our reports. We have contacted ****** about the issue multiple times. We monitor all of our sales and immediately credit back any unnecessary shipping charges. We are working to replace ****** for our checkout as well as overhauling the funtionality of our website. Mz. West was sucessfuly able to call in her order without the shipping charges and was happy with her purchases. Starcrafts does not and will not add fraudulent shipping charges to any of our customers. Thank you.
