    After messaging the owner a few times asking questions about the process and options to having my motorcycle seat customized I brought in my seat on 9/29/23 where i paid half upfront. $300. I was told it would be 6 weeks to have my seat completed. Two before testing, then four more to finish. It was five months (21 weeks exactly) before I could test it, (2/23/24) and the jell pad still had not been installed and it was not shaped as I had asked. When I brought it back the next day to tell him, he showed me a couple of designs and said he would send them to me that day so I could choose a final design on the cover. I never got the designs and ended up sending him one of my own the next week. I was also told it would be two weeks and the seat would be done. It has since been 6. When I was able to get him to respond via ********* (3/22/24) he gave me a bunch of excuses as to why it was not done and has since stopped responding to **** thought I was being generous with the holidays and it being winter. But now I am unable to use my motorcycle (my daily driver in the summer) because of this. I ask for one of two things for resolution. Give me back my seat as is now and refund me the $300 I have already paid, (as I will have to go elsewhere to get it finished) or give me a loaner seat and finish mine in under a month. If this happens I will pay the remaining $200.

    I have heard from the business owner. He has asked what color I want for stitching (I have answered that three times) and shown me a markup of the design I gave him. He has not given me a timeframe of when my seat will be done. He has also asked me to remove my complaints as he is working on my seat. I have not answered him because I am not satisfied that work is being done. I still do not have my seat.

    I now have my seat. It was finished incorrectly. He did not ask for last half of payment. I will have to send it to someone else to fix his mistake because he did not want to do it. I skipped a few screenshots of our last conversation where we both referred back to previous messages simply due to file limitations.

    I followed what she told me to do on the slip.  She has done nothing but harassed me and pushed my buttons.  I literally sent her pictures with details asking very particular things that she answered and I followed and now she says it isn't right.  I have the black and white proof of her telling me where to put the embroidery and now she wants to tell me its wrong and I better fix it or else.  She honestly has lost all respect from me.  She fails to understand business is a two way street and I don't need that type of customer referring me or walking through my door.   Look at my attachment where she told me what to do.  Put the embroidery on the nose is what she said.  I did a beautiful job and stayed open after hours to make her happy.  To no avail here we are dealing with her insanity. Too much of my efforts and time has been wasted with this matter already.  Don't allow this to be posted to the public because I will seek further action from my attorney over this ridiculous accusation.

    I wish to thank you for your time. I can and do say that if I had not contacted you and the State Attorney General, I would not have my seat today. While I am not happy with how my set looks, I have it back and can finally ride my motorcycle. I am already looking at having someone else fix this guys mistakes next winter. While I am not happy with the results, it is something I can live with. If there was an option to close the complaint unsatisfied, I would do that but I will not be pursuing further action. Thank you again for your time and patience in this matter.
