  Zero stars. I bought my son the top of the line Bauer hyperlite 2 skates last year. I realize and understand that the full warranty is only 90 days. Which is a joke but that's not the point. These skates being the top of the line should easily last 1 year at least! The lace eyelet ripped within 5 months of owning these skates. This is a for a 12 year old so he's not so "strong" that him tying his own skates should break this piece of the skate. The skate eyelet was made with plastic and that's the problem. I am not asking for a full refund just some small discount like 10% so I can replace the skates. They should not have ripped through the plastic. There are 2 spots on the one skate that have ripped through and I had no choice but to replace the skates because they are now dangerous to use. Please help get this resolved! I have reached out to the company 3 times and they won't take any responsibility for a faulty skate for a 12 year old.

  Bauer FLY - Ti steel runner (black): I purchased new skates, vapor hyperlite 2, from Bauer last August. They did not come with steel runners so I went to my local rink and purchased them there. They also came with a free sharpen at time of purchase in the proshop which was the only time they have been sharpened. I spent $172 on the upgraded black steel which is advertised as being stronger steel. Figured my last pair of skates and steel lasted over 15 years so might as well get the better product as I wont be purchasing for quite some time. WRONG i purchased the steel Aug 23, 2024 and on Jan 20th, ************************* half. I play mens league hockey (beer league) once a week. The fact that this product didnt last 6 months for the price is a huge product defect. We are not talking about a stick that cracked were talking steel blades. BAUER responded due to me being two months out from their 90 day warranty they will not help. They clearly do not stand behind their product or brand and the fact that I had this steel for less than 6 months before having it crack is just unacceptable. Way to show your support and pride in your product/company!

  Custom Sticks Not Worth Investment: Zero Support/Accountability for Unpainted Areas Received a custom Shadow with several blemishes missing paint along the blade and shaft. Per **** ********** of **************************'s DTC team, there isn't a QC process in place though custom products are final sale. The photos provided (of brand new stick) show there are no issues that will affect the performance or durability of the stick hence ineligible for replacement under warranty in its current condition. Please don't waste your time or money - simply not worth it!

  Hi ****, there was zero indication in my agent's response to you about not having a QC process, and we're sorry you're unhappy with the custom stick built to your specifications. We've also already provided you an exception outside of our policy to return your stick for a refund.

  I bought a Bauer agent hockey stick for my son at the beginning of the hockey season after two months of use, the stick broke. At that point I was told that the warranty is just 30 days. I did not complain and decided to buy another Bauer stick. We got the vapour hyperlite 2. This stick also only last two months, and broke in the same spot of the previous stick. This is a total of over $800 spent in four months on two sticks. I reached out to Bauer customer service. They did not seem to care that we’ve spent that much money or was concern about the quality of their sticks. I am truly disappointed in their products and service. I expected better quality.

  We all know the limitation / Warranty for composite hockey sticks is typically 30 days. I just ordered through a special off a stick for my son for xmas on Nov 24, 2023. I assumed(yes my problem) that they would at least offer 60 days, but alas no. The stick warranty will be expired prior to him receiving it. Too bad they did not warn me up front. I would have not spent the $450 but rather bought locally closer to xmas.

  I was told it was 30 days from date of delivery. No special considerations were made for Christmas purchase. I can send the email response....
