      - In September of 2022, I called Seacoast Overhead Door to my house because my garage door opener was malfunctioning. The door was having trouble opening and closing. They stated that I needed to replace the panels on my door as they were dented. I could not afford it so they replaced the hinges. The problem continued, but I just parked on the other side of the garage as I could not afford a new door.
      - In August I called Seacoast Overhead Door as I wanted to fix the original problem. They once again told me I needed to replace the panels. I signed a quote for $1,038. I paid $538 as a down payment. I sent videos showing the door malfunctioning and spoke to George about the problem. He said I needed to replace the panels.
      -October 8th, 2023 they came and replaced the panels. The door was still malfunctioning. The door continued to not open and close the following day.
      - October 9th, 2023 I called they told me the door was not going to solve the problem, but I needed to replace a part in the motor. This was not a guarantee that it would fix the problem, but a first attempt. They would charge be $130.
      - October 13th, 2023 I had a different garage door company come and diagnose the problem. He stated that if the door could open manually (which it could) then I should not have needed to replace the door. He knew right away it was the motor. He replaced the motor for $250 and the problem was solved.
      -Glorene has emailed me since about how wonderful her company is and they are standing by their work. They are saying that I never told them about the motor which is not true as it was stated in the original receipt and also in videos. They were the experts who misdiagnosed the problem and want me to finish paying for the garage door. I feel as though I do not owe them any more money as the problem was NEVER fixed and I had to spend even more money to get a functioning door.
