    I placed an order and there was one fumble after another at GH . Now over a month later I am still awaiting a promised resolution. They mis-shipped an item (I paid for expedited and they sent it the slow way) The correction they made resulted in a re-shipment. Upon receipt of both items I returned both and did not get a credit card refund. It took sending them a spreadsheet of purchases and credits to prove that they had made an error. Even after that, they mailed a check on the slow method and over 30 days later I am still promised a check. After multiple calls to very kind customer service I had to talk to someone in a supervisory role who really could not get anything done. They are prisoners of the flawed processes and policies. I have done business with this company for two decades and even 5 years ago this would not have come to this. Something has changed and not for the better. Very disappointed in their processes and polices.

    Order # SGO3383114 was purchased on 3/13/24 for $342.25. I had to return all items I ordered due to change in size. I was refunded $312.44. So I paid $29.81 for nothing. I guess there was a $8.95 return shipping fee. I typically really like their clothing/ shoes/ etc, but this makes me second guess ordering from there again, in case I have to return.

    I purchased two shirts under order SG02423086 totaling $89.49 (09/15) using a 30% promo code, received one shirt and the other was back ordered. They then charged an additional $37.77 on 09/17, I ended up canceling the back ordered item, so $127.26 later and I still only have one shirt, and no refunded amount. **************** was severely unhelpful in describing why the additional charges... and there has been no mention of any refund from them.

    I've been waiting over 3 weeks for a response to my email to Garnet Hill "customer service" (doesn't deserve that name) about a defective (weird stains; bad stitching) product I received. Nothing. Followed up with a second email 2 weeks after that. Nothing. You shouldn't be in business if you can't provide even the most basic customer service to those who purchase from you (i.e. answering customer emails).

    Placed an order on May 22.
    It is now June 12 and the website says backordered. When I placed the order, nothing was mentioned regarding backorder.
    Wrote an email last week. No reply.
    Phoned today and after 15 min. wait, my call was answered. She was not one bit apologetic. She told me it was shipped today. Website still says backordered. Cannot reach someone in corporate office. Horrible customer service!

    I have been waiting 6 weeks for a refund. Every time I call it’s like starting over again. Although I called customer service yesterday, I was transferred to the shipping department. They told me that the calls go to them when it’s busy, but they can’t help me.
    I hate to have to even give one star. Shameful.

    After mailing my purchase to wrong address… I calked…( nothing from then)
    And finally I followed track # myself
    I asked fir reimbursement of 9.95 fir mailing to my (dress )!t I’m my current address. I have calked 7 times fir resolution and … same message
    “ at present time many callers please call back” I am dissatisfied with Garnet Hill .. wiki not purchase again.. will advise my daughter.. who bought ALOT not the buy from them

    I'm not happy with your service. I ordered pants yesterday with 30 percent off. The order went through. This morning I received an email that said my order was canceled. I didn't cancel it. On your website the pants in my size are still available in the pattern I ordered but now at full price. That's not good.
