    Visual Changes lives up to it's name in a multitude of ways. **** transformed and rescued my two-story home from an old shingled home to one with beautiful vinyl siding and trim as well as a beautiful front porch with stairs and railings. Have done business with many contractors but Visual Changes out-performs every one of them with quality products, reliability, honesty, attention to detail and perfection of quality of work.The scope of the job was to replace my tattered shingles with vinyl siding. The first bid for the job was a contractor that wanted to install vinyl siding over my shingles. Visual Changes was my next bid. **** told me that he would not take the job if I wanted siding over my shingles. He told me once the shingles were taken off one never knows what one finds once the house is exposed. He couldn't have been more accurate! He tore off the shingles and found significant water damage under three windows, my breezeway walls were all rotted as well as the beam that crosses the breezeway and holds the roof up. **** and his team replaced all the walls and the rotted beam. One thing about **** is he kept us informed of everything that was happening. He made us very comfortable. Also replaced 6 windows for us. His carpentry skills are as good as his vinyl siding skills.We had so much confidence in his work and demeanor that we hired him again to paint the downstairs of our home when he had time. He also made 2 oak mantles to go over our fireplace.Our experience with Visual Changes was beyond our wildest expectations He was a pleasure to work with and never got ruffled or angry and is very respectful. He embodies customer service. The project ended up costing more than anticipated because of the additional work that needed to be done after tearing off the shingles. Our home is much safer now because of his knowledge and expertise in providing quality work and products. We would highly recommend him and his company to anyone!

    Visual changes did a great job on our new windows in our old 1860s farmhouse. They replaced the windows and removed the old windows and cleaned up thoroughly.We are very happy with the results and give the highest recommendation for anyone to use them.

    **** did a great job with our windows/doors. Years ago he also did our roof, which we were very pleased with. He has been responsive with any questions or messages we have had. Highly recommend.
