    I would never recommend this business! The owner's daughter Krysten is rude and unprofessional. I called several times over the course of 2 months to schedule service and did not receive a call back. I discussed that the service had to be done after hours and she said she would send me an estimate. Her estimate did not include an additional fee for after hours. I sent her a professionally worded email letting her know why I was disappointed and how should could make it right. I was not mean or disrespectful. Her reply was that she didn't want to service us because of the confusion and anger. I never said I was angry , nor did I raise my voice, use disrespectful language or give an attitude. I simply said I was disappointed and why and it could be fixed. Instead of trying to work with me she refused to do anything.

    Unfortunately, after multiple attempts to revise and schedule the cleaning at Gilford Physical Therapy we decided that we weren't the right company for them. We did meet on the property as well as change the scope per their request and corresponded back and forth since the end of June.  After much deliberation we chose not to be contentious and decided not to move forward with any services.
