I requested training And made an appointment for what she told me was a free assessment upon completing the assessment I agreed to buy a card class for 10 classes the 11th one free for $100….

I immediately Venmo’d her the money and tipped her $25 for the free assessment.

After 3 weeks of canceling classes not personally on Facebook/Social Media she had 1 class supposedly available and canceled repeatedly…

I finally asked her to refund the money where there was no classes in a very kind way and I saw that she posted and a different gym that she was doing a Boot Camp which she then offered me to do seven classes instead of the 11 and then canceled stating she hurt her knee, after I had changed my work schedule… but she had to use this excuse several other times and with other people she did this to in town locally that I happen to know.

I then asked her again to refund the money and which she refused to and said that she was taking an $80 fee.

    I told her

    Ladies and Gentlemen

First of all, I would like to mention that I was already at the police station in Laconia on Sunday, 09/18/2022 and reported this woman.
I emailed all the screenshots to the officer and he already told me I did nothing wrong and that this woman committed a crime. The woman booked me for a personal training for 08/15/2022 and she even got a workout over 1 hour. Accordingly, I have provided a service for which I was booked. After the training, the woman asked me what options were available and I gave her all of them. Then she decided to buy a 10 card for my courses and did so. I told her that I would waive her $80 for personal training since she bought a 10-card. The woman didn't even sign up for a class! The dates for the courses were fixed and could also be seen on my website. Nobody signed up, so no course took place. When I had to leave the unit, I immediately looked for a solution and found it. I'm sharing a unit with someone else and we're already sitting together writing appointments. I then offered the woman that she could come to the class I give at the gym. I have offered to sign her up anytime she likes it and I'll pay the $15 day gym pass. But that would only be 7x because of the price difference. I also informed the woman about the situation. She agreed. Last week Tuesday I was not able to give a class because I had bursitis in my knee. On Saturday 09/17/2022 the woman decided to write to me and asked for all the money back. She denies having had personal training. The good thing is that buildings are equipped with cameras and I also have 2 witnesses. Of course, the woman also threatened me on Saturday and posted my picture, my name publicly in several groups and wrote that I was a scammer and had damaged my business a lot! She blocked me so I didn't see it, but my friends and they sent me the screenshots. This woman also did bad publicity for the gym I work for. On Sunday, the woman on Venmo decided to smear my name as well. I paid the woman back the difference via Venmo on Saturday. Since she gave back the 10 card, I naturally charged for the service I had provided. But I had already written to the woman twice before that. I can send you a copy of the report as soon as I get it from the police. The woman also lied to the gym owner on the phone and I can prove that too.

    Kind regards
