    I won a state hot water heater online on April 10/23-It was described as a gas heater.When I arrived to pick it up I saw that it was marked Propane. I explained to the person there that I thought I was buying a natural gas heater he said all I could do is buy a conversion kit. I reluctantly took it home and tried to find the conversion kit for that model and was told by the company that makes the unit that it is not convertible. I contacted the auction company to explain the problem I was told it was my problem. I explained that there were 2 other heaters with the same model # except they were described as LP (liquid propane) and mine was described as gas he offered to have me bring it to ************ and they would put it in another auction. I was considering that until he told me there would be a 20% sellers fee. I am including pictures of the three units to show the difference in the descriptions. The 2 LP heaters sold for more than ****** more that the one described as gas. Clearly other bidders thought there was a difference-maybe I dont have a leg to stand on but their attitude was not helpful-

    I have not heard anything from the company about my complaint. They did however bar me from their auctions because I believe because of my complaint. ***
