    I purchased 9 large size ********************* paints from Apthecaflowers.com. Order number ***** for $323.55 on April 4 2024. I recieved the paint and nearly all of the cans were dented. Some so severely that the can was compromised for use. I contacted the business through the email listed for customer service on the website - ******************************* I emailed them twice asking for help resolving the problem with no response. (April 20, April 27). I have called the number listed on the website ************ during the business hours listed many many times but no one answers. I have left a message twice explaining my problem and asking for a call back but have gotten no respons.

    I do not believe that contacting the shipping company is the correct response. As you can see from the above pictures the box was in good condition when it arrived and so I dont have a claim with them. 

    I think that the reason for damage was Apotheca packing so many heavy paint items together for shipping resulting in the damage. Or they sent damaged merchandise. 

    their website states that they will replace damaged merchandise as part of their return policy. I have contacted them repeatedly with no response to try and resolve this. They do not answer.

    We only replace items if there is a defect or damage caused by something other than poor handling during shipping. Damages caused during shipping need to be addressed with the shipping company directly.
    If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at ******************************. Once approved, mail your item to: *********************************************** or exchange in store. Shipping the replacement of defective items will be at our expense.
