    Customer or customer to be had reached out a month prior to phone call and asked if we could finish a product that another facility could not , I had said that we could provide the services requested and to reach out when time gets closer for the services needed { which was noted to be in December}   when my secretary had received the call it was one week till Christmas and she didn't feel comfortable having the customer just show up with 500 lb of product to be processed at such a busy time of the month. At that time the office manager had intercepted the call to follow up with the request. Reassuring the customer that we could not take the product at this time for it is one of the busiest times of the year and the week before Christmas would not be possible. The customer to be was getting irritated after some discussion the office manager tried to offer a later date for services and with no satisfaction from the customer assumed that i the owner was avoiding him with no consideration that i didn't have time for a phone call { I was filling in on the ********* floor }  and was in no condition to receive a phone call, told my office manager to go f*** herself after the proposed date was suggested...

    I did follow up with a phone call a day later to try to understand his anger and address the issue of timing due to the holiday 

    He  did apologize for his language and said he was up against the wall for the product needed to be removed from it's location because someone was squeezing to get it out.  

    nothing more was said,  he hung up .....
