    We hired MWVPS for grounds maintenance of our condominium association, but regrettably, the level of service delivered fell significantly short of our expectations. The company also failed to fulfill the stipulated requirements outlined in our contract, necessitating the decision to terminate our agreement due to this breach.

    I paid a $400.00 deposit to the owner of this company on May 5.After repeated no shows/no calls, I asked if he could please just send a text or phone if he isn't coming. Hubs is recover from hip surgery and has p.t. appointments. His response was to tell me to" get off my high horse" and that he doesnt tolerate " attitude"and that if I " attacked him again" he was done. He went into is computer billing system and changed the original invoice to just show billing for what I had already paid. He came by Sunday and respread what he had scraped off. A woman with him threw down some grass seed. Im out $400.00 and never even got he $150.00 worth of loam he charged me for. I would at least like that back. I have many email s and texts documenting this.
