    I had the pleasure of working with Tim on a major house renovation. I was in the process of adding a dormer and second bathroom to my cape style house. Multiple contractors told me it was a "standard job" and didn't take the time to share the intricate details of what would go into the renovation. Given that this was a major undertaking for my family and a lot of money would go into the project, I wanted someone who would make the effort to ensure I understand every facet of what I needed to consider.
    To say Tim is thorough is an understatement. He was able to share his expertise on the following:
    -Affordable window selection
    -HVAC advising & energy efficient home temperature regulation
    -House addition consultation
    -Roofing
    -Appliance guidance
    Tim is a top notch consultant who is smart enough to offer his personal expertise on a wide array of jobs, but even more importantly in my book, he's humble enough to say "let me talk to my guy" when the topic is something he may not have done in a few years. You get the combination of expertise and honesty if you work with Tim. There's not much more you can ask for from a consultant or contractor. I look forward to working with Tim again on my next major house project.
