    We have an ongoing arrangement with Zax Corp since 1997 to produce name plates for a plaque as needed. This arrangement has worked well throughout the years and we have had no complaint. Following COVID-19 pandemic we have had problems with communication with them. At one point I called the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Portsmouth Area to find out if they were still in business since I was having such a hard time reaching them and wondered if they had shut down. We had sent off for 3 plaques in October and November time-frame and we did not receive them until end of March with no communication on status of the orders until I pressed them for information starting in February. We have resolved that order but placed another plaque order in March. We have followed the same procedure as in the past.

    9/14/22 emailed Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce. After trying to call again and receiving their answering machine.
    The check did clear our bank.

    We understand there are delays but we would appreciate a response.

    Documents attached 1-3 are regarding the order from last fall - resolved (provided just as background to show that this is seems to be an ongoing issue in the recent past).
    Document 4 & 3.5 and Quote are for the latest order - unresolved
    Document "Zax Corp Quote 1997" - original order/agreement setup with them.
