    Dear Sirs:On September 2017 we had our garage floor (580 SqFt) ground and sealed with an EpoxySeal + High Solids Polyaspartic Topcoat (625 SqFt). Also, the Curbwalls in the garage were ground and coated to match the floor. A non skid additive was also included in the topcoat. We paid a total of $3250 for this project. The GarageFX Flooring comes with a lifetime warranty that covers peeling. Last year (Spring of 2023) we noticed some peeling in the front of our garage floor and called The Garage Experts (***************************) to come and look at the peeling. He agreed that there was some peeling and said he would return in the Fall of 2023 to accomplish the repairs. Several calls were made with no satisfaction from Garage Experts during 2023. Now it is 2024 and calls were made to *************************** with no return call or reasons why no response. It has been very frustrating to us because no one in the Company will return our calls or provide us with any justification for not honoring our warranty. We could use your help in getting a response from Garage Experts. We do not wish to *** for the work that needs to be done, we just want it done. Thank you Sincerely **** & *************************

    My name is *************************** owner of Garage Experts of the Merrimack Valley. I spoke with **** the day before this complaint was received by us. We discussed the condition of the floor that I inspected last season and I offered to fully replace the floor on July 8th instead of touching it up. **** was satisfied with this and we consider this matter resolved. Thank you.
