I am a resident of Appleton Oaks Apartments. I have requested (over a week ago) grab bars to be installed in my shower due to a handicap and the property manager Connie W******** and the Maintenance Manager Mike keep promising me they will be installed giving me a day/date and they are a no show and they have not installed them. No response from either party. I need them installed ASAP. My family intervened on my behalf bc Appleton Oaks does not follow thru with requests from residents. Please Help ***** **** *** *****
