    My family booked a last minute stay there for 2 nights. On the first night, we noticed how dirty our room was (red stained sheets, bloody boogers on walls and light switches, sand all over the floor, stained shower curtain, tub doesn't drain, filthy glass slider door, food on the floor...
    We asked for clean sheets, which took over an hour to get and at that point it was like almost 11pm and my kids were exhausted.
    The pool water was also dirty and chlorine smell was very overpowering. My kids didn't even want to go in the pool and if they did I wouldn't have let them.
    The hallways are dirty. This hotel is WAY overpriced.
    My family all agreed that we wanted to leave the next day and not spend the 2nd night there. We packed our bags and went to check out. They didn't even ask why we were checking out early. I asked if we could get refunded for our awful stay *which we didn't even stay the 2nd night" and they flat out said no. I sent multiple emails explaining our terrible stay and asking to get refunded. No one even had the decency to respond to any of my emails.
    We are so disappointed. Believe me you should stay somewhere else.
