    Held a room with hotels.com I rent many and do this often . I only use pay at hotel options so they cannot access my card illegally. I had till 9am today June ****** to cancel no charges . I also gave the wrong card security code cause the hotel seemed a little shady . I received a message on 6/27 saying my card couldnt be charged . I replied of course not its a pay at hotel and should not be charged yet ( clearly listed on hotels.com website) I have screenshots. So I cancelled with them . Later I received message saying payment didnt work maybe we had a number off so call back but I had already cancelled so I didnt . Then received a message saying the payment had gone through the next day . I had canceled already and charges were not allowed till July 3 . It was pending in my account so I called ********************** again to straighten it out . **** answered was rude aggressive loud and telling me I could not cancel . When I was finally able to explain the policies of hotels . Com he allowed me to cancel . I also canceled on hotels website well ahead of the 29th at 9am which it is currently still before that . They still toke my money . I called hotels.com again and they agreed that I was right and called hotel . They said ***** was rude but they would refund all but one night which hotels .com said they would return because it was their mistake . ( I have screenshots of all times polices payment times and them stealing from my account which they have the wrong security code for . ) the evening of 28th all my money was returned so I went to sleep happy . This morning I woke to it being recharged but not pending actually taken from my account. A room cancelled 4 times took full payment not do till July 3rd . All I have in writing from them . So my account is drained before I go away to another place and I cant afford it because they had stolen my money . I would like to figure this out with you before I need to press criminal charges.
