    The transaction date was Oct 22, 2022 - we paid approximately $1500 per each pair of custom boots. It was a 2 person boot fitting for my husband and I so we paid approximately $3,000 or so. They urged you to use the boots for a while before you made any adjustments. A year ago I set up an appointment to get some help as my feet were in so much pain with the boots (my husbands boots are fine). I had to cancel the appointment as I forgot to bring my boots home after skiing in ****************** to transport them to their shop in ********** - we are located in ********************* during the ski season and go between ****************** and ********** MA all winter. After discussing with the boot fitter there he suggested I might need more breaking in for the boots. So now another year goes by and I go to a boot fitter locally since its such a hassle for me to go to ********** and he is an expert boot fitter for the world cup team and he said because of my foot shape and calf size it would not be the appropriate style of boot for me. We removed the custom liner (Which is what you pay for at this shop) and replaced with a free insert from a stock boot and now my foot cramps have completely gone away. Unfortunately, I'm left with a partial boot now since the main boot is really the custom insert. They verbally said there was a lifetime guarantee and now you look at their website and they just say all sales are final, nothing about any lifetime guarantee but it was verbalized to me when we were there. Additionally, when we were there the boot fitter was having trouble fitting me and reassured me that he would be able to make me amazing boots. My husband has the opposite foot style and calf (which the world cup fitter said was the type of foot/leg that was perfect for this style of boot). That is why he is happy and I'm suffering.
