    On November 13, 2024, I purchased from this company, Alkaline Valley (Living Life Alkaline), merchandise of 5 (five) bags of tea, through ****. I was assured the delivery would be by November 19, 2024.The merchandise has NEVER arrived. In late November I filed a complaint with ****** for non-delivery of the merchandise. **** immediately declined to intervene further in refunding my money of $29.95.When ****** declined to refund the money in a prompt manner, giving the seller (Alkaline Valley) additional time to respond to the ****** complaint, I filed a dispute with my credit card company, as now interest would be added to the cost of the merchandise. Alkaline Valley declined ALL communication I addressed to them through ****. On January 2, 2025, a month after complaints had been filed against this company, Alkaline Valley claimed they shipped the item and it arrived (on January 2, 2025) in the AM, through ********* NEVER delivers my residential mail in the morning hours, first of all. Second, Alkaline suddenly then claimed the item must have lost in shipment (after they claimed it was delivered and I responded). This is an ongoing matter, as the dispute with my credit card company has been attempting to re-coup the loss of money that Alkaline Valley (Teas) most definitely accepted through ****** and then never delivered the merchandise. It's now over two (2) months that this company has declined to refund the money. It is clearly a form of deceptive 'fraud' that this company, Alkaline Valley, located on the internet at **************************, is practicing. It is noted on **** feedback that this company has practiced this unlawful behavior with other buyers, most recently within the past 6 months.Reporting the company to ****, has not been beneficial, as the company is still permitted to sell their products of 'teas' on the **** website. This complaint with BBB is being filed to alert consumers of this deceitful practice this company is practicing.
