    The ownership and management team were beyond unprofessional. The owner was very aggressive and rude (LYNIL (Chicky) ***** of Henniker). It felt as if every time I called with questions and clarification it was a bother, the staff had a poor attitude. This day and age customer ********************** is so important to retain customers. The work performed was subpar and the poor customer ********************** was the deal breaker. I expected more being a small family-owned business, I would not recommend to anyone. I stopped in the office to see Lynil talking very rude and inappropriately to her employees. I was referred to them, and I wish I had gotten a quarter of the service I deserved. But they fell short in ways that just were not acceptable. Do not spend a dime.

    We've been using this company for over 15 years. The workers that came recently to pump our septic did an enthusiastic professional and efficient job. I needed them to replace the septic cover with a new one and they came back and quickly with a fair estimate and, once given the go ahead, came back quickly and did an excellent job fitting the new cover in and putting in a new access port to the surface. I feel confident that next time I need them they will continue to provide great service with a smile.

    After seeing a very dubious 1 star review on this site I feel like I need to write a review of my own. I’ve been a Henniker Septic customer for 25 years. After buying my first house the recently installed leach field failed. Bucky inspected the system, showed me how it was improperly installed, and did what he could to remedy the situation. I think he charged me $50 and his fix saved me thousands. Since then I’ve called Henniker Septic to pump tanks, clean baffles, fix blockages, and inspect systems when I’ve moved to new homes. They are a local, family run business. Always good honest service at a fair price.
