      I had called yesterday to ask for a technician to check a water problem.I had told them specifically to call before they sent someone. They said mid to late morning They agreed. I was dialing the number @7:50 AM To cancel and the technician showed up I told him the problem was resolved and I needed an estimate for replacing the well pump He was here 10 minutes, never mentioned a service charge. The person on the phone did not specify charges. Did ZERO labor on the pump or system. Charged me $320.00 I contacted the company and they did not discount nor flinch I told them I had specifically asked for a call before sending a tech.
