    2/15/20 was the date of the proposal to update my kitchen. The work included removing old countertops and backsplash and then replacing them with 2.5" pine slab. Install new sink and paint the kitchen cabinets. Also add floating shelves.

    The total amount of $5966 has been paid in full by monthly payments by end of 2020.

    The issue is the countertops are separating at the joints, lifting at the corners, and splitting down the middle.
    When the countertops were first installed Tim said that some separation at the joints would be normal due to the shrinking and expanding of the new wood. Tim said he would come back in a few weeks to refill the joints and the problem would be fixed. He did just that. But the slabs are still separating and cracking. I reached out to him about this issue, he came and said that he would return at the end of 2021 to replace the countertops. I never heard from him again. I first reached out via text in the spring of 2022 but he did not reply and the message was left on read. I texted him again this summer but still no reply, leaving me on read. It was not until I ran into him at Shaw's and confronted him about the countertops. He told me he has been very busy and that I should wait another year.

    No he did not mention a warranty on his work for the kitchen counter tops all I know for certain is that he is fully insured because that is what is stated on his business card.
