    We hired Eric R**** in June 2023 from UNITED ARTISANS - BUILDING AND REMODELING we paid a $25,000 deposit to get under contract and start planning. And paid an additional $45,000 as a first payment for site work. He put his contractor **** ****** with ****** ***** *** in charge but he was impossible to reach or get updates. Eric and Rich barely started the job and didn’t complete what we agreed had to get done with the deposit stated in the contract. Due to his messy legal issues we terminated him. Eric agreed he didn’t perform his job due to all kind of excuses and signed the termination . He gave us records of what he spent with the deposit and whats left to give us back. We gave him 2 weeks (14 days) to return the rest of the money but of course he is not responding to texts, calls or emails. We sent a demand letter asking for the money back but of course it seems that we will need to go to court .

    **** ****** has many names and was wanted by the FBI he is now is jail and Eric R**** according to him he is dealing with the aftermath.
