  Had been scammed by a roofing company that did a horrific job. Called J.J. for an estimate. Quality from first phone call, visit by sales rep ********* to correct the situation and completion of job. In consideration of my situation they gave me a VERY reasonable price and peace of mind. Highly recommend this company.

  The work was done all in one day, they covered 4 roofs with 29 squares, cleaned up afterwards and were done and gone by 5pm. I would hire them again.

  Took 5 months to even start the job of replacing my barn roof, then the roof was not the color I ordered, was told it would take even longer to reorder and take off the roof that was started, and that if I kept the roof it would be reflected in the price, received the final bill and he only took off 500.00.

  Mis. ****** signed the agreement and emailed it to Jesse James Roofing (JJR) on the 12th of January to have Charcoal Gray Standing seam metal roofing installed on Mis ******s barn roof. The "agreement" was unedited and there was no announcement or indication in the email that Mis ****** would like Radiant Red. Unnoticed to JJR on the product warranty page (not actually part of the signed agreement) that has some sample colors Mis ****** signed next to the Radiant Red color sample. Approximately week later there was a snowstorm that dropped over 30" of snow. Mis ****** has a very small partial of land as to where the house and barn take up most of the land space, the barn roof is literally 3 feet from the neighbor's house on one side and the other side is not accessible due to a fence. Mis ****** and JJR communicated and agreed to wait until early to mid-spring, pending weather to start the project. JJR waited to ordered materials until late April due to lack of space for materials to be delivered. JJR arranged to strip & prep the barn roof on May 16 prior to the materials arrival on May 17, there is not enough combined driveway & yard space for materials, our dump trailer and our team to properly and safely replace the roofing. The roof was prepped on the 16th and materials were delivered on the 17th and JJR had our installers on site on the 18th, unfortunately to find that the drip edge that was delivered was not the drip edge ordered. JJR informed Mis ****** of the mishap and that we would fix it asap. JJR had the correct drip edge on site by the end of that same day and the installers back on the roof the very next day. Just as the installers started Mis ****** came outside and informed the team that it was the wrong color. The project manger was informed and after looking into the situation a Jesse Sr. contacted Mis ****** to apologize for the inconvenience and to arrange at no charge to Mis ****** reordering of the proper color that she wanted and could possibly order from a different distributor to have it within a week. Mis ****** declined and said that she was fine with the Charcoal Gray, we agreed that JJR could compensate for the inconvenience on the finial invoice. The roof was installed and 100% completed on the 19th of May. On May 25th JJR invoiced Mis ****** the final invoice with a $500 dollar credit almost 10% off the final invoice, Mis ****** was not satisfied with that offer and counter offered with $2,975 off the final bill, nearly %40 off the final invoice, JJR agreed to Mis ******s terms within 3 hours and informed Mis ****** that JJR would revise the final invoice and send it over. 6 days later Mis ****** retracted her counteroffer and informed JJR that she has contacted her lawyer and that she can not pay that amount and that she hopes we can come to a satisfactory resolution. That is where we stand at this point on June 3, 2023
