    Horrible place !!!
    Vet tech (rude, unkind, poorly trained) drug my dog with a heart condition across the floor cruelly by a choke collar. All to put her on a scale, how ridiculous! Staff who witnessed the incident did nothing about it. I called and complained, (which, during the phone call, they admitted to seeing what happened) no return call of apology.
    Several vets in the past, incredibly rude and condescending about my choice to not fix my pets and my choice to make their food and not adhere to the food they suggested.
    Not the first incident, once after shaving the stomach of my puppy (same dog) for an ultrasound, returned her looking like someone shaved her with a cheese grater. Stomach all bloody! The exact same thing happened to my daughter’s puppy at the same visit!
    In the past, I recommended friends to this office, but they reported poor care.
    Please do not bring your pets to Northside Animal Hospital. It is a despicable place and I am ashamed that I have brought so many of my pets there!
