  Been out of our house for over three years botched it, stole home interior building materials. Damaged 100% of our contents took 3 1/2 months remediate small camp house to play with even put in reconstruction estimates to Liberty Mutual and recovered cost for himself **** ********. They destroyed our house on purpose. We have over 5000 pictures. Never received a dime from our insurance ************** and they were preferred vendor. We are not the only ones that theyve done this to. I hope the new owners took a long deep look into their past, two lawsuits in the books upcoming with Liberty Mutual and Soil Away .

  Worst company ever. Do not let them in your home. We have been out of our house for over two years because of the damage they caused. This case now involves attorneys and structural engineers, yes that is how bad our house is. Be careful they make their money on the reconstruction so they will cause as much damage as they can to your home then they take the money from the insurance companies. We had a construction dumpster on our property for four months not one piece of construction debris went in it only our personal items that were not accounted for. They make money from the insurance company everyday that dumpster is on your property. Then there is the air scrubbers they will place in your home, we had six in our house when it should have been two or three. They also make money off the insurance company daily while these machines are in your home. The longer they run them the more money they make. They ran in our home for over three months. Don’t trust anyone in this company as they will all stab each other in the back. When we demanded that the owner Jack S******* come to our home to see the damage his company caused the first thing he did was throw the project manager and all of his employees under the bus.

  We, **** *** **** ** felt it was the right thing to do write this review to send our thanks for a great job done on our tile floor project. Although this project was revisited twice due to an initial "mis-diagnosis" (with the previous Soil-away regime), Jack took ownership to rectify the basic floor foundation issue and ensure no more tiles would crack.! Jack's demolition team,under Brad, communicated clearly when they would arrive, describe their daily work, and respected our property. The work area was left so that we could resume a normal daily lifstyle. Jack was there onsite thruout the demolition cycle of the project as was the project manager, Tom. As Brad and team completed the demolition cycle, Jeff, who would be completing the base flooring, tiling and grouting was the consummate professional. He approached the project as if he were working in his on house. His attention to detail and skill to merge the new tile into the existing fabric of our existing flooring was impeccable. After the project was completed, we again had follow-up conversations to Jack to ensure that the work was completed to our satisifaction and the work area was restored to normal.
