    Similar to others on this site, I've experienced abysmal customer service. They are very prompt when you are purchasing or renting vehicles yet refuse to engage with the customer with any issue or question post signing. We were purchasing our vehicles out of a long-term rental, and it took them almost an entire month to get us the wire instructions, confirm them, give us the wrong wire instructions, then do an internal transfer. Meanwhile, they charged us another month's rent because we did not pay in time due to their errors and negligence. I would not recommend using them for any services whatsoever. I have never come across in my 25 years of business experience an entire team more incompetent, rude, and non-responsive to their customers.
