  Loved our service! Started with a non-pressure sales meeting, and the owner was willing to give me rough estimate over the phone before I asked him to come to house for a better estimate. So hard to find companies willing to do that.The installers were on time, pleasant and polite. They got right to work and finished in exactly 3 hrs that they said it would take. They did a great job and we are very pleased with the overall experience. Would definitely recommend Minuteman floors to anyone. Fair price, good service and no hassle.

  I recently had Minuteman Floors replace our stairs, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The owner personally visited our home to assess the project and provide a detailed quote. He clearly outlined the process, including how having a team in our house would affect our daily routine. The timeline presented was adhered to without exception.The onsite team went above and beyond to accommodate our family, which includes three school-aged children and three dogs. Both team members were not only professional but also friendly, making the whole experience more pleasant.The quality of the work was exceptional, aligning perfectly with the original outline and cost provided by *****. What we were promised at the start was exactly what we received at the end. Throughout the process, ***** and his team maintained a professional demeanor while also being warm and welcoming to my family and pets.I wholeheartedly recommend Minuteman Floors to friends and family, and I will certainly consider them for any future projects in my home.

  This was our first time working with *****, and it was a great experience. We requested a quote during a larger home renovation and found that the price was very competitive. ***** was also willing to work around our changing timetable and fit us into a tight window alongside other contractors' schedules. He routinely checked in on our timing and was able to accommodate us quickly once we were ready for the wood to be installed.The crew was amazingcourteous, polite, and extremely hard-working. They ensured everything was done to our satisfaction and even stayed late on the final day to complete the job and clean up. Their work was excellent.Its worth noting that the lumber companynot Minutemandelivered some boxes of the wrong color wood. ***** was extremely responsive, ensured the mistake was corrected, and made sure it did not delay the project. To me, that is the **** of a great contractor. The team even repaired our bathroom subfloor, which was outside the scope of the project.Overall, this was an excellent experience, and we truly appreciate the teams dedication to the project. The floors look fantastic!

  I have worked with Steve twice now and I can't recommend working with him enough! I gathered multiple quotes for all my jobs and he was the most professional, with no pushy sales tactics like ******** ****** ****** does. He provided a fair price and did an even better job with the floors. He transformed my old outdated apartment and even worked around my schedule to get work done alongside other contractors rehabbing my unit. If you work with Steve you will get a fantastic final product, no doubt about it!
