Stay away from J&B Exteriors. The guys work is OK, but he will try to charge you more after you agree on price and sign a contract. He only treats your house well if you are home. If he damages other parts or your home, he will only fix it if you pay him to do it.*** signed on late last year to plow. He specifically wanted to put the reflectors I purchased out himself so he didn't ruin the lawn. He broke half of the reflectors and cut up the back yard in a few storms. When he noticed in the spring he said, "I hate when I do that." I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He offered to do gutters on my new home. Price was good so I said go ahead. Work was decent, there was a leak in each of them which he fixed after complaining. There was an extra piece he added because he misquoted the length of one piece. He tried to get me to pay extra. I refused. When he priced deck painting I ensured I had a conversation with him that it needs to be hand painted, not sprayed due to wind. He assured me he has 30+ years experience and knew what he was doing. He tried to spray and got overspray all over my new home. He told me to buy the siding to replace it. Then told me he had stuff to do, and ghosted me for a month. After contacting him, I agreed to buy the siding so he could replace it. I told him I wasn't home. My girlfriend was home and let me know he was yelling, screaming, swearing, and throwing stuff. I had drywall dust pouring out of electrical outlets where he was working. He was throwing siding and chipped the paint to the deck he painted, ripped a grill cover that he already doused in paint, and refused to undo the casing of an electrical box to do half the job. He said he wasn't insured for electrical but he didn't tell me he didn't finish the job. I had to find it and call him. At first, he refused to come back and complete the job. I pointed out that he ripped the cover, other parts of siding that still had overspray, and the chipped paint of the deck. Stay away

Stay away from Jim from ? J&B exteriors. ?Hell draft a contract to do the job then totally change the terms of the agreement. He'll end up wanting you to do chunks of the job he agreed to do then he'll try to browbeat you into paying more money than you agreed too in his contract. ? He'll ask you to go out and buy building materials for him instead of supplying him as agreed on the contract. He is one of the nastiest rudest individuals Ive ever met in my life. Hes the try to intimidate you tough guy kind of guy. If you dont agree to his every whim, he'll walk off the job and leave you to finish it on your own. Stay the **** away from this Guy!Just an update the guys been power calling me. Calling me from his number which is shown on his business card and unknown numbers.Dont let this guy around your family !
