It’s been over a week without return calls. Left 4 voicemails and was only able to speak to Tammy who handles compression orders once and she was not helpful. I got the info she asked for and spent a long time on the phone with various departments that handle durable medical equipment with my insurance and also got passed around this business and was told only this company handles compression in the whole state, mainly this one person, Tammy. Every person with whom I spoke including the one time with Tammy kept saying, “we’re out straight.” To me, it’s unacceptable to just not do your job so I’’ve given up after leaving message with other staff for her to please return my call. I will take the risk of a blood clot as it’s too far out now and am sick of wasting hours on this with no resolution or return call. Unacceptable. Don’t be in business if you can’t do the job.

    Business Response

    Date: 04/25/2023

In Checking our phone logs, ********* ******* had called the office on 2/24/2023 in reference to compression garments.    She has Martin's Point for her insurance and we are not a provider.   Phone call message was left with her that we would not be able to provide the garments as we were not a participating provider.   I don't see where I received another call from her from the 2/24/2023 date on and it looks like she filed the complaint on 2/28, this was only a 4 day timeframe.     So, if she is stating she did not get a response then I have to dispute that we were unable to help her from the beginning unless she had left a message with another staff member that did not get to me.

This is all I can offer at this time as what she is relaying in her complaint is not how our company operates.

    Thank you,

    Tamme
