    We are stuck filing a review (rather than a complaint) since I just filed a Small Claims Court Action and thus cannot file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. In the Fall of 2021, we sent Aquatime $3,000 as a deposit on a $20,000 pool renovation. They re-scheduled a number of times and are largely unresponsive. The salesperson (Steve ******)) was quite responsive but the manager or owner (Peter) was simply unresponsive. After nearly 24 months of them holding our money we requested our deposit back plus interest by August 18th. Again, no response. I just filed a Small Claims Court Action against them.
    I have never had to either file a review with the BBB or a Small Claims Court Action. But, enough is eventually enough. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
