    Purchased an engine from Golen engine on Aug. 1,2023. Engine developed an oil leak ..after first start up of engine..reported this to customer ********************** with no response..called several times. And they have blocked my calls because I had made a complaint on their work..I paid **** Golen$8,586.00 for the new rebuilt engine that was supposed to have 3 yrs. On it. Then found out it was only one year..had the engine approx 5 months drove it less than 100 miles and its leaking oil badly..every time I bring up a warranty issue I get no response..that is a terrible way to treat a 80 yr. Old senior that spent his last cash to get a good engine..of course he says its my fault..! What..? The est. repair costs is between $500. And $700. The reason I chose Golen engine service was because of their reputation for good work an excellent customer **************************** refuse to talk about customer ************************** Im asking the BBB..to step in and help me recover the costs to repair the engine..thanks. *************************. ******************** ************

    No response from Golen engine regarding the engine problem..! I ask them to help me with the repair..no responce..although..the engine is still under warranty..I ask for a warranty acknowledgment..no responce..!  The only issue I have with them is the rear seals leaking from first start up..!  Their warranty is non existing..they just sell and build engines..!this is on its own. Fraud enterprises..!

    Good morning My father will celebrate his birthday on January 14 when he will be 80 years old. For this event, I decided to offer him the dream he had for his whole life to have a jeep. Since last year I have been looking for the jeep of these dreams. After a lot of research I managed to find the model he wanted, a CJ7. Unfortunately the car was in poor condition both inside and out and the engine was blocked. As my father's birthday was far away, I decided to embark on a total renovation project for the car and replace the original engine with a new engine. I contact the GOLEN company for a quote and I ask if it is shipped abroad because I live in France. GOLEN confirms to me that they sell all over the world (for example last week they shipped an engine to Germany for $700) I confirm my order on March 20, 2023 and pay 50% deposit the company informs me that the engine will be available in mid-June. End of June no news, I contact them by email no response mid July no response to my emails mid August I contact them by phone because I am starting to be very worried about my order I managed to get the CHAD manager on the phone on August 18, who informed me that my engine was ready. on AUGUST 21 I pay the balance of the invoice with transport costs $1095 to my home in REUNION. On AUGUST 24, the engine was collected by the forwarder for the shipment scheduled for September 6 On August 30, I was informed that the order was blocked because they cannot deliver to me here but only to Paris because the forwarder made a mistake in the offer, I must find a solution alone I contact a freight forwarder and I will take care of bringing here at my expense I ask CHAD to reimburse me for their freight forwarder costs, no response and now that I installed the motor, it does not work Of course I informed GOLEN of the problem, but without response

     Hello 

     Thank you for your email, but I don't understand why my complaint was closed when I still have a dispute with the company

    in addition when I consult your site I do not find any trace of my complaint, why not show the complaints of customers who have problems with the companies
    Wanting to find a solution with the company, what can you advise me?
