    Its been like a year. I still have one skylight that I can only operate by removing the screen and physically pushing the skylight open or pulling the skylight closed with my own hands. I dont want to hear anymore about the Velux **** I purchased the skylight from you and paid you on the spot for the skylight and your work. I would like my skylight replaced. Something was wrong with it from the beginning. It was the one with the hole in the screen- something obviously happened to it before it arrived at my house. I dont think they would have packaged it with a damaged screen. Please let me know when you will be able to take care of this.

    After looking back at my notes, and talking with my velux *** *****, it was 94 days from the time I installed till the time it was fixed from *****. I **** ***** several times through the process.  I ***orted the issue to my velux *** ( *****)  the day of install and he advised me he was going to ***ort it to the velux team. I had the screen shipped to the home but the skylight needed to be looked at from velux. I agree it wasn't handled in a timely matter ,and I would handle things differently know knowing this . I apologize for the lapse in time before velux could get there and correct the situation.  It is my understanding that the skylight is 100% corrected now and you will have no more issues.  One thing you left out of the complaint is that my team and i fixed several areas that were badly  leaking into your home . We literally climbed up inside of your chicken barn , up the chicken pooped filled staging to get out your 5th floor windo to stop the leaking roof. I would like it if you could remit your complaint,  it was simply a warranty issue and out of my hands. And it's been resolved!
