I am writing to express my concern about a business that has refused to cancel a membership contract that I never had an opportunity to use. On February 15th, I paid an initiation fee of $200 to join Granite State Indoor Range (***********************************************************************, expecting to enjoy their services. However, upon arrival at the range, I found that there was no room available for me to use the facilities.Despite my disappointment, I did not request a refund or cancel my membership immediately. However, after leaving the premises, I received an abrasive call from someone representing the business who told me that my girlfriend was not welcome at their facility. When I requested to cancel my agreement and receive a refund of my initiation fee and any subsequent monthly payments, the caller yelled at me and demanded payment.Feeling disrespected and frustrated by this treatment, I terminated the call. I then sent two emails on February 17th and 18th to Granite State Indoor Range reiterating my request to cancel the agreement and refund my card. Unfortunately, I received no response from the business.I believe that Granite State Indoor Range has breached their contract with me and is in violation of consumer protection laws by refusing to honor my cancellation request. As a result, I am requesting your assistance in resolving this matter.

    *****,

You failed to mention that your girlfriend has been formally trespassed from our facility due to more than one instance of property destruction. While well spare the details, she vandalized our business by tearing down and breaking signage simply because she disagreed with its message.

To be clear, you are still welcome at our businessshe is not.

Additionally, your complaint is entirely false. If you check your voicemails, youll find that we actually attempted to issue you a full refund before you filed this complaint. Given the circumstances, we are now reconsidering that offer, as we are under no legal obligation to provide a refund at all.

I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because:

She has not been formally trespassed, this is a lie. This requires legal involvement. I have had no contact with Police.

I was yelled at when I requested a refund. We have executed a chargeback on what we were charged.

I have seen no evidence that this business made a good faith effort to resolve this dispute.

    Hi,

She has not been formally trespassed because she will not answer the ******************************. If there is any question about this, contact that ******************************, they have an active warrant out for her arrest.

We attempted to give a full refund the day before ***** wrote his first BBB complaint and he did answer his phone or respond to the voice message we left, instead he made a chargeback. We attempted to make a good faith effort and we were ignored and then ***** took to BBB to make this complaint. However, ******* membership has been cancelled and he has been fully refunded.

Attached is ******* signed membership contract if you would like to review it.
