    MY DAUGHTERS TOOK CLASSES AT THIS LOCATION. THE LOCATION HAS GONE DOWN HILL, AND I AM NO LONGER SENDING MY CHILDREN. I HAVE A CREDIT ON THE ACCOUNT OF $40.00. I HAVE SENT EMAILS AND TEXT MESSAGES AND NEVER GET A RESPONSE. ALL I AM ASKING IS FOR MY CREDIT TO BE REFUNDED.

    First off the address under BBB is incorrect for this business as they had moved but the phone # is the same. They are currently located at * ********* ****** ******* ** *****. I paid for a package for my daughters dance recital back in June 2022 that included a DVD of the performance. I have not received the DVD and have reached via email on 9/21/22 and received a response from the owner, Ali Buckley, stating "As soon as I have the DVD in my hands, I will contact you for pick up". I followed up with another email on 11/1/22 and got no response. I then emailed a 3rd time on 1/3/23 stating I never got a response from the previous email and it has been over 6 months since the recital and still have not received the DVD Show 2 I had already paid for and kindly stated I am looking forward to receiving in by end of January. I also texted Ali Buckley as well with no response. I have all the emails and texts saved. The DVD is very important to myself and daughter as she performed in 10 dance routines during that recital with one of them being her first solo. If I did not want the DVD for keepsake then I would never have ordered it. This business is avoiding all contact with me and had not delivered a product that I already paid for, again back in June. I have done all that I can do reach out and feel that I have been patient with them but it's now been 7 months since the recital. Attached you will find the form I submitted for the product, the cashed checked from Showcase, as well as the emails I have sent to the business regarding the DVD I ordered. I know for a fact that it was videotaped as I sat behind the cameraman at the recital for Show 3. I want the product that is a keepsake and memory of my child and her activity that she worked so hard on throughout the year. Thank you!

    So still have not received the DVD that they promised. They did send $40 certified mail check even though the package they said they would refund me was $75.65. I have not cashed that check and do not intend to as it’s not what they promised and I still have not received the DVD. My last email with them was asking the name of the company who videotaped the recital because it would make sense to speak with them. No surprise they did not respond to my email from over 2 weeks ago. Them not giving me the name helps to solidify that our suspicions are likely true that they never even placed an order with the DVD company.  They are very sketchy people and consistently lie.

    I would highly recommend flagging their business for other consumers to be aware! What’s the next step if they never give me my DVD? We spent between $6-8,000 on dance classes and costumes for the end of the year recital. The whole reason so wanted to buy the DVD is because my daughter put so much time and we put a lot of money into Dance for the recital at the end of the year and now we’re not getting any memories from that.
