    ********* grass mower + **** Deere used replacement mower deck +unit hood + 2XL Husqvarna shirts+ labor for each unit:It was agreed upon by **** +Mat + Me to replace issued blades by mulching blades w/ labor fee (approx $105) for Husqvarna mower (cost $2499) + used replacement (LTI55 **** Deere Tractor) hood + mower deck/used from the 2 **** Deere units that were used +in stock on Coll&#**;s premises as confirmed by Mat on day of purchase + agreement (05-21-24) For cost of not more than $200. Total (parts + labor), 2XL Husqvarna t-shirt including pickup + delivery to my home address. **** Deere repair to be completed in 2 weeks time from date of 05-21-24.All above was to be completed in 2 weeks time from 05-21-24. I had not heard from H333232**323537343633H in 3 months time (except they did deliver the Husqvarna unit w/ mulching blades in approx. 2 weeks time + at same time did take my **** Deere unit to be repaired at their *********** intent was to pay for mulching blades $07/4.49 + labor for the Husqvarna mower + the parts + labor for the **** Deere mower at the same time + it was all part of the same ********* of person(s) spoke with and date of conversation:05-21-24 in person w/ ****+Mat; approx. August 2024 Mat I spoke with by telephone +reminded him that he had checked his used **** ****** on 05-21-24 + assured me that all work would be completed in two weeks from 05-21-24 which did not happen.On 07/01/24 Coll&#**;s order #****** for $107.49 was made +copy sent on 07/28/24 requesting payment $107.49 + "deleted pickup + delivery charges." On 08/23/24 I returned Beth&#**;s phone call message on same day. ****, owner of Coll&#**;s immediately started to yell at me, refused to let me explain the situation w/ her + told me "I do not want your business I will not return your **** Deere come and get it yourself, I will not fix it for $200." As I was on speaker phone my wife could ? on me two times when I tried to reason w/ her and asked her to let me talk + explain. On my third attempt to explain, her H3332373133323430**36H ***** answered, I was told that **** was busy; I asked to speak w/ **** and was told that he was busy in the yard w/ a customer; I requested that he return my call, that never happened. My wife and I cannot believe the way that **** conducts her "business of 51 years". At this point, I also do not want to conduct business w/ her. When I purchase a product, I want to have confidence in the person who has taken my hard earned dollars. I have never had to take this abuse in all my 74 years of age and never had this kind of problem as a practicing dentist. Just maybe **** has a problem w/ the fact that I am of Hispanic Lineage. I will not take this ******** intentions were positive; I can go elsewhere with my business and be well received and respected. Coll&#**;s broke an oral contract + need to be held accountable.

    Mr. ***** was informed several times that the used **** Deere units on site were not compatible with his unit and we did not have a hood or a deck for his unit.  Mr. ***** and our Techs had agreed verbally that since he had just purchased a new Zero Turn, he had the means to mow his property, we would need time to possibly locate a hood and a deck for him.

    Mr. ******* disruptive and repeated calls with demands and his disrespectful treatment of our Technicians caused uneasy Customer Relations. **** has been in the customer service field for over 15 years and has never been treated so poorly. The cause of Mr. ******* situation is a direct result of his own actions.

    I communicated with Mr. ***** on 7/23/24 a request that he make arrangements to pick up his **** Deere tractor and remove it from the property due to the lack of respect given to our technicians we no longer wished to work with him. His  **** Deere is still here 11/20/24

    We, Coll's Garden Center and myself, **** **** do not and never will discriminate against anyone for any reason.
