    Challenge box order that was place around April 10th . they were to send out the box by May 15th. never received and have sent numerous emails to the company and haven't gotten a reply, this is a second time they have done this to me. I finally got a reply and was told it was sent out on 28th but still haven't received it and i have contacted them again numerous times since then and still no reply.

    I had placed a large order #**** with Owl B crafty on July 14th and only received part of it in August. I have been in contact with her via email and she occasionnally responds that she is either busy or it was sent and it has not. Now radio silence. I have a craft subscription with her that i have not recieved anything and have asked to be cancelled but she continues to take $23 out of my account monthly and i receive nothing. I have asked multiple times via email to have my subscription cancelled and be refunded and she states it has been and has also stated she is refunding me but that also has never happened. I have asked her to ***** the stuff i paid for and she refuses to respond. I am owed $35 for the door hanger and now 3 months $23 so $69 for craft subscriptions i have never seen either. She owes me $104 in crafts i either want the crafts sent ***** so i can track or refund my money back and cancel thw subscription

    On June 4, 2024 I paid $39 for a craft kit. With that, I was supposed to get and I did get a free craft kit. I also got one craft kit. July 4th and August 4th I paid $39 for a craft kit with this club and did not receive anything. I also paid $14 total for a kit on August 1, 2024 order #**** and never received that. I emailed and also sent a ******** message asking about one $39 kit and the $14 kit. She responded she would look into it and never did. Upon further reviewing my orders (they were automatic payments), I discovered I did not get 2 of the club kits and the $14 kit. I emailed 8/15/2024 and 8/17/2024 again asking for a refund and no reply. I sent ******** messages on 8/19, 8/21, and today. On 8/24/24, I begged for a refund and resolution. I was told that she doesn't work until Monday but she will refund me when she is in. Today, I sent a reminder and she said she went home sick but did send out my kit. I told her with it taking this long, I preferred a refund. It has taken too long to get any resolution and at this point, she should not have sent me kits after telling me she was refunding me. So to date, I am owed a total of $92 for craft kits I have not received. I do not want them and she said she would refund but instead chose to send what I do not want.

    I have refunded this customer for all 3 orders that she claimed she didnt get.  I did just talk to her last night in which I told her that I was going home with a 102 temp but would figure it all out and get her refunded.   I also explained to the customer that not only would I be refunding her but that I would still be sending her the product as my apologies.  Please let me know if you need any further documentation for this.  This customer will not be allowed to shop with our business again.

    The complaint has been resolved. I hope since that has happened that anything negative will be removed from this company.
