We purchased a dog from the breeder and she told us it was a great family dog. Our reason for going with this breeder is because we did not want any problems with a dog maybe that will bite children for example a rescue dog. We didnt want a high energy dog and he came with lots of anxiety from day one we could not crate him. We have to give him special calm caps that takes the edge off, but not by much weve done lots of training with him to calm his anxiety and the most recent were having is he is biting children and trying to go after them. We spoke with a trainer and he said its something about their herding prey. The trainer mentioned he could work with us, but it seems to me that we got a dog that this breeder has no idea about. I have been in touch with her since day one about the anxiety and the most recent situation about him, biting my niece and now my children and chasing after them and trying to bite them when hes outside with them, she spoke with me in December told me she would get back me and look into this, and since then she has blocked me, and I cannot find the business anywhere. My mother-in-law breeds dogs and told me a good breeder would either take the dog back or offer something but she will not respond to myemails or calls and I have emailed and called numerous times since December. It does come with a health guarantee of one year and we have in touch all along, and weve had nothing but behavioral problems with this dog and we need some extensive training to possibly hope things could get better I have emailed and asked for some sort of refund to work with us or any other options and have not heard back. I would like a solution our problem as we spent $4000 on our dog thinking we would get like she said a great family dog and we have the opposite. We have a behavioral anxiety ridden difficult dog that needs more and is preying on small children. She told us this dog was breed in a home with children and would be a good fit.

I inquired about getting a Bernedoodle puppy and what the process was. Immediately received an email with the information. Email stated to send a deposit via Venmo with the litter I was interested in. The email also stated that I would receive confirmation of the deposit and would then be contacted when the litter was 3 weeks old. I sent my deposit on may 31st for a litter that was due in June with a go home date for august. I never received a confirmation email about my deposit so I emailed Wende Jones a week later with no response. The litter I placed my deposit for was born and at 3 weeks old there were pictures posted on the website and Facebook. It’s been more than 2 weeks since the pictures were posted and I have not heard from them. I sent an email asking for my deposit back because as per the original email I never received confirmation of deposit or notification when the litter was 3 weeks old. I still have not had any communication from them at all.
