      Bad experience!!! I got less than half of the ***** Blue book value for my trade in, was fast talked into extended insurance coverage at.twice the price I was told, and after three weeks waiting for my license plates I find out the dealer still has my paperwork and hasnt even submitted it. I have a loan for more than I really wanted and a car I cant drive legally. I see now why they drag out the process so you just want to get out of there after 4 hours.

      On March 11, 2024, per *******************, I took my vehicle to Autex Inc. to be serviced because they determined that the *** module needed repair which could only be done by a dealership. **** ******* at Autex Inc., arranged for my vehicle to be serviced by Master Technician, **** *****. He determined that the *** module circuit board was shorted out due to water damage and needed to be replaced. It was also determined that the Parking Brake Module was salvageable and did not need replacing. I was told that this water damage was caused by the driver spilling liquids into the center console.Five months later, 8-5-2024, I took my vehicle to Colemans Automotive to diagnose codes. Again, they recommended I take the vehicle to the dealership because the codes were associated with the *** module. On 8-9-2024, I again took my vehicle to Autex Inc. to diagnose the codes. Again, the *** module needed to be replaced because the circuit board was shorted out due to water damage. Again, I was told that it was driver error. I then spoke directly to the technician and insisted he investigate a possible leak from rain water. He said, well if you want me to spend time looking for a leak thats up to you. I said that I would take it back to my mechanic to investigate the leak since their hourly rates are much more reasonable than your dealership.On August 28, 2024, I took my vehicle to ******************* to investigate a leak. They found the sunroof drain liner was broken and rain water was getting into the vehicle damaging the modules. Therefore, the corrosion was not caused by driver error but by rain water leaking into the vehicle. My mechanic made the necessary repairs to the leak.Due to Autex Inc. service staffs incompetence and misdiagnosis my vehicle is inoperable and in need of both the *** and Parking Brake modules to be replaced.
