      I would give them 0 stars if i could!! Took my car here to have the check engine light fixed. It has been an ongoing problem since last June, when I was told to "just run it till it dies". I received a call from **** telling me it was the 3 year old battery that was making the light come on. I asked if he was 1000 percent sure that was the problem and he said yes. oh and your left sway bar needs to be replaced also. The total would be around $300 for the battery and sway bar. I said ok then fix them both please. 5 hours later I received another call saying that actually wasnt the problem and I actually have a leak in my gas tank. The cost to fix that would be $1570 parts and labor. I was told, because he was giving me such bad news, that I wouldnt be charged for the smoke test to find the evap leak. He did say that when I brought it back to be inspected in April, that I would pass the safety part but not the emissions test, he would give me a 60 day sticker to have more time to fix the light. Upon picking up the car, i found the bill was $537.36 which happen to include a $139 multi point state inspection, that was neither requested or needed until April. When getting in car, the check engine light is STILL on!! DEFINITELY wont be going back here. PLEASE dont waste your time, energy or money with these people. I feel I was taken advantage of for being female.

      I am writing on behalf on my elderly father. He went to Fairfield KIA to purchase his lease & a car his recently deceased wife (my mother) special order with red leather interior & he was buying no matter what. He went to dealership, even after my brother & I said take one of us, & he explained how his wife passed away recently & he wanted the car. They looked it over, it had 22,000 miles on it & great condition. His buy was about $15,500 & they said they couldn’t do that & charged him $18, 489 plus a $3000 ext warranty, even though he had a 5/60 man warranty. I contacted KIA manufacturing & the GM of KIA was supposed to contact me, with no response to date. KIA says they can not make dealership respond. I am told NADA put a law into effect that dealerships can not charge more than $600 on lease buyouts to cover dealership expenses. They saw a broken older man set on buying a car his wife of 57 years picked out & the dealership took advantage of him. To say I am upset is an under statement & will surely tell everyone. Cery disappointed with FAIRFIELD KIA??

      I Wouldn't recommend doing business here, had a terrible experience buying a car.
      The salesman was pushy and disrespectful. After I called him on it, he made changes and tried to work with me. At that point It was too late, I still went thru with the sale. But that's solely because I liked the vehicle and found it was easier to deal with their bs in negotiations, than go back to vehicle hunting.
