I had built this Cherolet Colorado through the chevrolet site. I had picked all the items it said were available through my model WT. I couldnt get some items because it said not available for this model. So I got mainly everything I wanted, and refered me to Walier Chevrolet. I worked through a salesman named ***. I waited quite a while, and finally *** from Walier said he got me everything I ordered except the Rhinoline, which they would do at Walier Chevrolet. The day I arrived to purchase truck, my salesman had not gotten back from lunch, but the person who handles all the paperwork had me sign all paperwork, which was a big mistake. I should had been shown truck first. When I finally signed everything, salesman finally showed up and showed me truck. Problem is that truck didnt have cetain features I had built. Later I was told those features were not available for this model. Salesman never telling before I purchased. Very deceptive sales. Salesman took no responsibility..

      To Whom it may concern:
In response to Mr. ******** complaint statement, we have verified his vehicle has every item he built online. In fact he gave us two build packages he prepared that we used to place the special order. Keep in mind he build a Work Truck (WT) and that is what he has. The attachements that Mr. ******** uploaded were for a 2024 Chevrolet Colorado ** which is not a WT. Which is what he ordered and provided the 2 build packages to the salesman for that are still in his file.

We do not use deceptive sales tactics and always place the customer first. The salesperson took the responsibility to be sure all items were as the build packages described.

I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: The papers I provided is what I ordered online online, if the salesperson moved to a work truck, that is not what I ordered through him. I gave him the paperwork, and showed him what I wanted. It had all the items I personally chose. If I had chosen a work truck, I would have  papers for a work truck. The items the salesperson had on his computer, I never picked through him. I personally gave him a copy of what I ordered. Why did he not come back and say all items on my list, they were able to build. If computer had said items not available for that model, he should have alerted to customer, that it did not come with that model, or when I did build, it would have said it did not come with that model, when I did build. That paperwork said it did come with model I built. If it changed to a work truck, that is what the salesperson changed from my model that I built. That is why my model I built, cost more money. Which the salesperson changed to a lower price than build I had done. That to me is a very deceptive policy. That is why I have the whole build that I had done. The salesman should have alerted me to my build, and any changes made to my build. which he never alerted me to.

      Sincerely,

      ******* *******

The build I did for this business, is the paperwork, I sent you. Any other build I did was to Fitchburg Chevrolet, which also had the same items which I built for this Chevrolet dealer, I never did a build for any other vehicle. So if the dealer saw what I built, and it did not have those items, why did the salesman not divulge that this model did not come with the items I chose. He instead told me that this vehicle had everything I chose, except the Rhino Line, which this dealership would put in, once the vehicle was sent to them. And if this is not how the Dealership does business, why did they have me fill all paperwork before I even got to see the inside of vehicle. Biggest mistake I did was that I signed to accept vehicle before being able to see vehicle because we were waiting for salesman to show up. If this is not how this dealership does paperwork, then why did they rush paperwork through before I got to meet salesperson and see inside of vehicle? And why did they not provide paperwork of my actual build?

      To Whom it May Concern:

Please refer to our August 28, 2024 response. We have everything Mr. ******* provided to us to order a WT ********. Again copies of the paperwork Mr. ******* provided are only printed for the customer online we cannot print those documents. What was provided to us in his personal confidential deal jacket.

For your information we have given Mr. ******* the remote start kit at dealer cost, which he has paid for and we will install and program at no cost to him. Mr. ******* seemed pleased with our doing that.
