    I went to ***************** in *****, **, they are under the umbrella of DHMC, for scan of my head and neck and had a follow up appointment with their ENT department. Following these appointments I gave them my updated ******** information and my balance was confirmed as zero. Weeks after that I received a phone call from "Radiology Associates of Keene" Because I had not been notified I was seeing this provider and had received no paper bill from them I assumed this was a scam. Yesterday, I received an email from this same group saying my payment was past due. I just spoke to the people who work billing for the hospital and they told me that this was an organization that DHMC contracts with when they have to call someone extra in for services. But my appointment was scheduled in advance at ********/DHMC using their staff. No one had ever told me otherwise. The person working billing on behalf of DMHC did her best to give me info but they had no record of me getting services from Cheshire Medical either and so could not tell me what the bill was for. When I called the number she gave me at Radiology Associates of Keene the person who answered the phone did not say Radiology Associates of Keene but said something collection services. (Which again felt scam-like.). They asked me for an account number I did not have and then immediately began asking me for private info and it felt wrong. I am left not knowing what to do. But I believe 1. If this was a real bill I should have been informed that I would be be billed by this group when I was receiving services. 2. I should be able to call the hospital where I received services and they should be able to tell me what service Radiology Associates of Keene provided me. And maybe most importantly 3. I should have received a paper bill for these services from Radiology Associates of Keene twith details about what was provided & an explanation of why they were billing me instead of CheshireHospital/DHMC.

    I went to the hospital( Cheshire medical center of Keene) April 7, 2023 because I fell down my stairs. I had Medicaid until April 18, 2023. The bill that went to radiology associates of Keene was not billed properly and went into collections. I have called multiple times to try and get in contact with them but no one ever answers the phone or calls me back. This bill is now in collections and they are calling me all the time for a bill that should have been taking care of in April. The hospital was unhelpful with helping me resolve this issue due to them being a separate entity.

    I was injured in the line of duty as a firefighter on 2/4. Worker's Compensation covers my injury. However, this company keeps sending me invoices and voicemails demanding payment even though I have called their worthless phone number, ###-###-####, to give them the case number and representative taking care of my account. My Account # is *********
