      This company is horrible. If I could award negative stars I would. I have spoken to not less than five humans on the phone and given them photos of what is supposed to be a locked, secure storage facility. The storage area was owned locally and the owner was onsite when I rented one unit three years ago. The original owner sold to a NH based company (All purpose Storage) and they do not have anyone onsite. The safety door is ziplocked so it no longer locks. The one unit I had was split into two smaller units, without my permission, locked with a lock that I never had a key to and had to be cut to be removed. I have paid on auto deduct for three years. When I was on the phone with a rep, I had cleaned the unit and left it unlocked PER THEIR INSTRUCTIONS, and was told that I would still be charged for the unit until they could send someone to look at it. That was agreed to. I began receiving text messages several days later saying I was in default. I never stopped payment on the cleaned out unit. THE COMPANY STOPPED AUTO DEDUCTING IT. I have sent photos of the cleaned unlocked unit to the email and to the anonymous texter (could be more than one representative as it is the same number I use to call and multiple humans answer it). Now they are demanding that I pay another full month because of their poor business practices. At this point I am tired of the harassment and the ridiculousness I have encountered.

      Thank for reaching out to All Purpose Storage regarding a customer's experience with our ********************** location. Upon further review of the account, it appears the customer did not execute all steps required to successfully perform the move out and close the account. As stated in our rental agreements, customers are required to provide at minimum 10-day notice of their intent to vacate the unit and provide a photo of the vacant unit once they have removed all of their contents in order to successfully close the account and prevent future charges/billing. The customer did not notify our team that she moved out until July 31, 2024 and a photo of the vacant unit was not received until August 6, 2024, resulting in additional charges. However, we understand that sometimes a customer may unintentionally miss a step in the move out process which results in a recurring charge until all steps are completed by the customer and when this happens, we attempt to contact the customer to prevent such charge from occurring. As a service to the customer, on August 7, 2024, we removed the charges and have successfully closed the account now that all customer steps have been completed.
