      we've had this oil company for over 20 years. today, Aug. 24 we called for an oil delivery and were told they no longer deliver to Mass. However, we don't think that's true as thier website says they still deliver to this town.
      Without any advance notice written or verbal they told us to find another oil company and wouldnt make this delivery. so we are now stuck. we have no oil and no oil company. if what they say is true we want it corrected on the website

      We are in the process of discontinuing deliveries to Massachusetts because of the loss of our driver that has been delivering for us there for 34 years.  When *** ****** called to order oil he required a same day delivery.  Because our drivers were done delivering for the day, he was offered a same day delivery with an additional fee.  He declined and was referred to other companies that will deliver to his area in a call in basis. We are in the process of sending letters to customers in Massachusetts to inform then of this company change.  I have also changed our website and deleted Massachusetts as a delivery area.

      the statement from the business is in accurate. it is a lame attempt to push fault to the customer rather than be accountable.  ** ****** did not request a same day delivery. He requested a next day delivery as he has done for 30 years.
