I purchased a new leftover 2023 Ram Tellaro 20A **** Motorcoach in October 2024 from Campers Inn RV of Kingston, **. I have complaints of all three companies involved with this van. Unfortunately I can't go over 2000 characters on this review and after writing everything down it turns out to be over 4000, so with that said, don't buy ANYTHING from this company, if you need to know ALL the issues I've had reach out via email and I'll be glad to fill you in abcdemarkle @*********** If you do choose to deal with them, good luck!

Last August 2023 bought what was a supposably brand new, last year model, 2022 Puma UltraLite, well now we have issues and no one wants to talk. Emails don't get responded to unless I send another one 3 to 4 days later. Still waiting to hear on a warranty coverage response so I know how to proceed with the manufacturers silicone failing. I did check them personally at the end of last year before I put it up for the year winterizing it and covering it with a camper cover. Had surgery this spring and had to have people help my wife take camper cover off this spring as I am recovering from bicep reconstructive surgery, I noticed this August as we were getting ready to go on vacation that one of our rain run off spouts was dangling. I got a ladder and upon more investigation realized the silicone on both sides of the camper roof were separated and other areas looked like a toddler did it. This August was the fist time we went camping where there was no hook *** so had to use fresh water tank well guess what another problem, fresh water tanks full and pumps making a ton of rachet, very low water pressure, and sputtering. Well imagine that a water line to the pump is completely kinked and yes I have a picture. Had to put a hose clamp around it just to use water. I will never buy another camper from this place they are a joke, respond when they want, and just take their sweet time getting back to you. Alls they care about is the sale after that your on your own, unless you have deep pockets!
