      I went to Laconia NH on 9/18/2023 as it was a bike rally week. I never went into tower hill tavern but they had s vendor stand outside. I bought a T-shirt for 25.00 I wasn’t given s receipt as it was a tshirt atand set up by tower hill in front of their bar.. the next day I see my bank checking had overdraft since tower hill charged my checking (debit card) 250.01 I figured simple mistake on their part they keyed it in wrong. I sent tower hill a email which I have and Anthony S******** responded with no problem they will take care of it, I waited a while and still no credit. I disputed this s with **** ** ******* and they did a temp reversal for 225.01 because the tshirt was 25.00. Well here we are a couple of months later and **** found in their favor and reversed the credit they temp gave me as it looks like tower hill provided them with an unsigned digital receipt. So this is outright fraud. I was hoping you could help thank you I was going to go to small claims as I have friends video that should I bought a tshirt at the stand
